Jeffrey Braxton

Jeff Braxton is a partner at the firm and is also the lead trial attorney. He received his B.A. from the University of Florida before going on to earn his J.D. in 1998 from St. Thomas School of Law. He brings to the table years of experience working for companies in the insurance industry, which gives him the insider knowledge needed to successfully fight for the rights of his clients. Mr. Braxton is also a member of several organizations such as the Florida Bar, the Florida Justice Association, the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, the Broward County Justice Association and the American Justice Association.

Craig A. Posner

Craig A. Posner was born in Fort Lauderdale Florida and attended the University of Central Florida where he received his BS in Political Science. Upon graduation, Craig received his law degree from Florida International University College of Law. During his time at Florida International University, Craig had several prominent members of South Florida’s legal field as mentors, gaining vital experience and learning a tremendous amount about the law.

Brooke E. Perez

Brooke Elizabeth Perez primarily handles the firm’s workers’ compensation claims, and also serves as an accomplished personal injury lawyer. Ms. Perez received her undergraduate degree from Tulane University in 1994, and her law degree from the University of Florida College of Law in 1998. She served as a Public Defender for Orange County, Florida, for 2 years before joining the The Injury Law Firm of South Florida.

Sharlene G. Kosto

As Managing Partner for The Injury Law Firm of South Florida, Sharlene Kosto uses her wealth of experience in both personal injury and worker’s compensation law to help her clients. Sharlene was born in Miami, attended college at The University of Florida, and graduated law school from Nova Southeastern University. In addition to practicing law, Sharlene has volunteered as a mentor for children, raised money for Alzheimer’s research and has supported animal rescue causes.

Robert H. Stein

Mr. Stein has been practicing since 1997. In his role at The Injury Law Firm of South Florida, he focuses on personal injury protection (PIP) cases, wrongful death, and personal injury. As a family man with two sons, Robert Stein’s goal in personal injury cases is both to help you get the fair and just compensation you deserve and to make South Florida safer by encouraging negligent individuals and organizations to change their ways.
